About Doug Anderson
Doug Anderson started the business in 2005 while completing his undergraduate work at Shippensburg University. Doug has always believed in making this world better by adding value to his community. Before starting the company, he served as a member of City Year, a branch of AmeriCorps, in inner-city Philadelphia. Doug served as a board member with Habitat for Humanity in Harrisburg for 6 years, sitting as President of the board during his final year. Helping others has always been the thing that has mattered most to Doug.
Since its inception, Doug has maintained that quality is paramount and that mantra has not changed as the business has grown from a sole proprietorship to a successful S-Corp, employing over 25 people. Ethical and unfailingly loyal, Doug maintains that creating a mutually beneficial business relationship is the key to success. He continues to do this by creating a work environment that enables quality work, solidifying the trust necessary to build a solid relationship for all involved.
Doug’s business philosophy has always centered around creating a “Win-Win” experience for people. He has done this by always putting “people first.” When people are taken care of, they take care of people. By providing full benefits to all employees, Anderson has been able to retain great talent, which maximizes the customer experience by having the best people in the business in the service of his customers.
