Quade joined Anderson Pro Painting in 2024 and estimates on both sides of the business, commercial and residential. That is less common than it sounds. Most companies keep the two apart, because a facility manager pricing a phased shutdown and a homeowner pricing an exterior are asking very different questions. Quade handles both, which is a fair reflection of how this company is built.

He came in with a degree in Corporate Communications from Lycoming College, and it shows in the part of the job that matters most to a customer. An estimate is only useful if the person reading it understands what they are buying. Quade walks the space, works out the scope, and explains it in language that does not need decoding, whether he is standing in a warehouse or in someone’s living room.

Outside work he plays golf, competes in cornhole leagues, and spends his time with family, friends and his pets. He also volunteers with Canine Rescue of Central PA.
