Sarah Molholland

Sarah has been part of the Anderson Pro Painting team for nearly 9 years, bringing hands-on painting experience and a longtime connection to the industry. Before joining Anderson, she worked as a painter for her family’s business and later spent several years painting independently. Her hands-on field experience provides her with a practical understanding of the work and the coordination required to bring each project successfully from planning through completion.

As a Project Manager, Sarah enjoys solving complex challenges and supporting Anderson’s field staff with the resources and guidance they need to succeed. One of the most rewarding aspects of her role is watching a project progress from plans on paper to a completed space—whether it is a hospital, school, small business, or residence. She is especially proud to contribute to projects throughout the local community and see the positive impact they have on the people who live and work there.

Family is one of Sarah’s greatest priorities, and she appreciates working for a company that understands and respects the importance of family. Outside of work, she enjoys spending time with her husband and their blended family of 6. They enjoy camping, riding motorcycles, and staying active with the children’s sports. In her quieter moments, Sarah enjoys gardening and relaxing at home with their dog and two cats.
